With a Data Science master’s degree and 15 years of experience in the data and AI industry, her insights have been featured in Gartner, Educause, AWS, and University publications, solidifying her reputation as a thought leader in her field. Currently working at the University of St. Thomas, Jena is a co-lead on the AI Institute for the Common Good - R&D initiative and AI Strategy, where she has developed an internal AI Operational model, high-impact AI prototypes, and strategy focused on data unity and delivering impactful AI.
