Jason Erdahl is a technology leader and doctoral candidate researching technical team resilience. With over 20 years of experience managing software teams from 7 to 77 members, he brings a unique blend of team-building experience and doctoral research to the developer community. He served for a decade as the Organizer of the Minnesota Developers Conference and is the current Co-Organizer of the Twin Cities .NET User Group. A couch potato into his 40s, Jason has since completed over 60 marathons, Ironmans, and 100-mile ultramarathons — life experiences that mirror the resilience he fosters in high-performing teams.
